Well, though obviously it doesn't matter what scheme you use -- I hope
that nobody here will disagree with that, although I have my doubts,
given the sheep-like quality of the canonic Klarinet subscriber -- what
Howard actually recommended was to do C/Eb/F#/A, C#/E/G/B, and so on.
Admittedly, Stewart didn't make that clear.

But, make up your own stuff, for heaven's sake. Are you men, or mice?
(Or women, or mice?) Who do you think Howard Klug is? He's just this
bloke, who happens to be a friend of mine, but....so what?
