I forgot to say that you should repeat each scale variation 2-3 times. =
For example, in the first scale set which is C, you would go from bottom =
E up to 2 octaves above and down twice, say. Then you start on F and go =
up and down two octaves twice,etc.=20

In the key of E flat you start on F and go up and down two octaves =
twice, then G up and down twice, then A flat up and down twice, etc. =
Also, start slow, say 60 beats/minute or so, keep fingers low and =
curved, and don't go faster than you can play with complete accuracy. =
Gradually you will find the speed increases by itself.
