My experience with Leblanc was similar. I paid $60 to ship my (then)
Leblanc Basset Horn to them for tech work two weeks before arriving - which
Dave Serber agreed to do. He didn't even look at it until 20 minutes
before I arrived. Then I was told there was nothing that could be
done. Francois found a post that was falling out - and repaired it for
me. The design was still not ideal - so I switched to a Buffet Basset
Horn. Best thing I ever did.
