Michael has given a good list. I want to add:

The recording "Extended Clarinets!" with Roger Garrett of this list has
both Op 113 and 114 in the orginal version for clarinet, basset-horn, and
piano. Very fine performance and excellent recording.

Stylistically i much prefer Garrett, et al to King/Dupree (although i am
grateful that Thea recorded the music so that i could become aware of
these wonderful compositions.)

Roger, will you post the ordering info again?
