I am seeking advise from both clarinetists and esp the band director types =
on the list.

The budget requests for next year are due in a month and I will request =
either a: =20

BBb Contra Bass clarinet

or an

EEb Contra Alto clarinet. =20

We have a new Buffet low C bass clarinet already. I will only order one =
of them and am not likely to ever order the other.

So, what is the collective wisdom on this,,,Contra Bass or Contra Alto?

If it is a Contra Bass.... curved or straight?
