Marty,

At the risk of being burned at the stake, I've been using the same Fibracell
reed on my alto sax for almost three years now. I do a lot of pit work, so
that is why I am using the Fibracell. ( Yes, I do take it off to clean it
and the mouthpiece.) I'm sure the Legere for sax is just fine though. I
did switch to cane last year for one orchestra concert where I played alto
in Eric Coates' "London Suite". (notice correct apostrophe)
