The closest thing to that I ever had happen (this is not musical): I had
unexpectedly got a teaching job in a small Christian school in a suburb of
Milwaukee, WI (about 100 miles from home). The second day I was there, one
of my students cae up to me and said, "My mom said you're from Neenah. I
went to school in Neenah. It turned out that she went to the same Christian
school as I had, only I was in high school and she would have been early
elementary! (At the time I was teaching, I was 24 and the students were high
schoolers.)
