I repeat: Want to regain a full supply of air in an instant? With a relaxed
abdomen, say "HALP" backwards and without using the vocal cords. Just like
yelling "HELP", change the A to an E and do it while inhaling. Your lungs will
take as full a supply of air as your age will allow. (That means, your age may
have an effect upon the flexibility and quickness of some part of the
respiratory apparatus that might restrict the movement somewhat).

Run out of breath (oxygen) even though you have been taking in an ample amount
of air all along? Maybe you've been taking too much air, too often, to keep
yourself supplied with oxygen, while trying to make it from one phrase or
section to the next. Do this repeatedly and you feel like you are out of
breath even though your lungs have always been full. Sometimes you need to
gauge how much air to take in.

What do you think, Tonys.
