Boy, I think it's amazing enough that several major orchestras
are searching for new conductors, but we have a miniature ver-
sion of it right here in the clarinet world -- equally as ex-
citing! The jobs?

(1) San Francisco Opera Orchestra
Principal Clarinet
Season: 25 weeks -- That's right, $82K for
Pay: $82,391 (!) 6 months of work.

(2) Israel Philharmonic Orchestra
Principal Clarinet
