Marta's experience tends to describe exactly what happened with me when I
used Legere' reeds.

My best of three was swiped from my office last semester. I made a
mouthpiece for the father of a student in one of the local public schools,
and I used the Legere' to try it out. He was very curious about it so I
told him about them. I left to get some water for my cane reeds - and set
the Legere' down on a table filled with several Legere' reeds and other
stuff, and didn't notice when I came back that it was missing. I only
discovered it the next day when I looked for it.

Oh well. Next time I'm somewhere that I can try several of them out, I'll
buy a few more. I like having them around in case of an emergency too.

Sincerely,
Roger Garrett
