I think nose-breathing is good. I agree that one should breathe in relation
to the music. Last night, in "Nutcracker" I found myself inhaling in the
character of the music immediately preceding my entrances. That seemed to
help make the breath/play one continuous action that connected to the music.

As to whether or not to listen to "breathing teachers", I think I disagree.
I try to listen to everybody, and pick and choose what works for me.
