Just to re-iterate:

There is no moderating or censoring on this list. Anyone can subscribe. However, there are currently 2 email addresses that get forwarded to me before they can post to the list: one was from a spammer a few years back and the other from a recent "rapid-fire" poster who caused the digest to be generated multiple times a day due to the frequency of posting. Both would be allowed back on the list immediately as long as they followed the really basic rules of reasonableness.
