I am a clarinet beginner and I want to encourage my husband to also take up
a musical instrument - as he studies Japanese history I am keen to buy a
Japanese woodwind instrument (flute) called a shakuhaci. I tried my local
music store, and they tried all their suppliers and were not able to get one
for me.
I have found a number of sites on the internet that sell them - one in
particular has a beginners model at $65.00 - the company is called Lark in
the Morning, and I gather it is in Fort Brigg CA, USA

Has anyone on the list ever had any dealings with this company? - I just
need a little reassurance that they do exist as a legitimate company before
I part with my credit card details.
Or even better - would anyone in the UK know of a supplier here I could deal
with?
Any advise would be appreciated.
