When dealing with relaxation it is good to remember that there are many =
other things that cause tension in the body that correct breathing may =
not readily cure. Things like being hungry (sugar levels low), tiredness =
perhaps getting over a nasty cold ,flu,etc. There is also stress cuased =
by work, family problems ,etc. You could go on and on.
Body tension is severely detrimental to playing an instrument well and =
it pays off to look at things that may be lurking in the background =
causing stress and tension.Some you can deal with straight away others =
may need some time.
The main thing is to be aware of what is causing tension and it is not =
always obvious.
