Have I missed something?
A friend, very musical but untrained musically, referred to the playing of an
instrumentalist whose playing he did not like as being not above the note,
nor below the note, but beside the note.
Now that we seem to have run dry on the subject of 'lost' stolen' or
'strayed' bass clarinets, would anyone like to expand on the above quotation?
I think it is very interesting and do not make this request facetiously.
