Yesterday, my wife (the flautist in the family) checked out a CD of music for
flute by Malcolm Arnold.
One of the pieces on the CD was the Three Shanties for woodwind quintet.
Guess who the clarinetist was?
Yup, our own Tony!
Nice playing Tony! I've played that particular piece in public probably 500
times (Toledo Symphony traveling WWW). It was great to hear a fresh, and very
musical performance. Jimmy set a blinding pace in the first
movement............yeow......
