Almost every band instrument store in the country carries the Rubank
Elementary Method Book. It still contains both Albert & Boehm charts. It
is a separate page so make sure it hasn't fallen out. The Albert is on one
side and the Boehm on the other. Also it is *only* the elementary book that
has it. Not the intermediate or advanced.
