Another experiment might be taking the vertical string and wrapping it round
and round in such a manner that there are more wrappings [hence more
thickness in certain areas] similar to what some of us do when tying flies or
streamers for fly fishing. A person could customize the effect in specific
locations of the bore or use this technique to retain the thickness of the
string to the expanding bore ratio.
