Oh my, oh my, oh my, Annie,
What are we going to do with you!
Will you first of all stop apologising. You haven`t caused anybody any
offence. Got that?
Secondly, please understand that this is supposed to be a clarinet talk
page. I`m guilty of not adhering to
clarinets also, because it`s all relatively new, and I`m enjoying chatting
in here to people all over about other things. We both of us should have a
little more respect for that. So, to tell me the hard core details of your
life is, to say the least, very interesting, but perhaps not advisable in
klarinet, unless you wish to continue thru` my private e-mail address, in
which case you will endanger my marriage, and possibly my life,`cos <she>
frequently looks over my shoulder to see who I`m mailing to, and I sometimes
I think I`m in for a clout on the scalp with I hope not a tomahawk.
I`m very impressed at your musical career. It takes a lot more guts to do
what you`ve done, as opposed to
recitaling in the Carnegie Hall. You could say that you`ve been there, read
the book, and got the T-shirt.

I`m doing Pal Joey very soon - 3rd chair ten. sax. & clarinet.
Subbing/depping - straight in no rehearsal. I`m told the M.D. is very clear,
but even so, the adrenaline will be flowing on those 3 nights. And I have to
continue to write at the computer during the day to get something finished
on time. However many hours there are in the day, I still feel guilty, `cos
it seems that Bush and the other guy(?) manage to fit in even more.

Again off topic, please take a moment to think quietly of the Siamese twins
in Manchester, who are at this moment being separated. The stronger will
survive. Her weaker sister will pass forever into the world beyond.

Annie, you`ve taken all this with the most amazing spirit. I admire what you
are, I`m searching deeply to sustain that vigour also - I`m 4/5 years ahead
of you. What`s the secret, less wine or more?
Take care,
See ya,
Best,
Tony W.
Regards to Patti & Audrey & Rob-Dog.
