He would also have to file suit in David's jurisdiction - or Mark Cs (where
the list is sent from) - since David's jusisdiction is where the action
that was the basis for the complaint would have originated. Since that is
the determining factor in durisdicition, Jim would have to file in David's
county and find counsel there to represent him.

No.....I'm talking about a personal liability umbrella protection
policy. Most insurance companies provide this insurance cheaply - and if
you get sued for something, you have insurance for up to $1,000,000 for the
cost of legal fees, etc.
