I know what you mean now Annie. This experience of tone
improvement/development is indeed a joy to witness. When mouthpiece, reed
and lips/embouchure come together to form a union, the control and the
"perfection" of sound, is as you say, almost like a religious experience. It
is our personality, it is our spirit, it is our communication. It is our
inner being. It is our - "oh p - - - off Tony".
