Isn't it remarkable that the people at Ferree's can't tell you what exactly
it is that they have in stock? (I don't mean that the woman should have
noticed that Scott needed a rod rather than a pivot screw). If the catalog
only says "Clarinet pivot screw", and they don't know what size it is, what
good is it?
