I've been concerned with everybody else about the stolen bass clarinet.
I think Lelia has thought about this person Jim's motives the most
thoroughly and I highly recommend the insurance company to contact her
for help.

However, I wonder why the conversation is so hectic since it is actually
only the insurance company which is being ripped off. David got his bass
replaced (except for the time and the nerves which cannot be paid for).
Of course the involvement is understandable but the extent does surprise
me. Or have I missed a detail?? O.K. here's my two cents: I think it's
decisive (as Lelia also mentioned) to find out if the police auction
actually took place.. Good luck David!
