Scott,

Those are not called pivot screws so that is probably why you can't find =
what you want. They are called screw rods or just rods. I doubt that the =
diameter is 2mm. You need to use a micrometer and specify the diametric =
measurement in .001". American instruments are not metric. The other =
part of the puzzle is that you need to know the thread size. For a =
clarinet it is most likely 1-64 or 2-56.=20

It is likely that the all of the screw rods on the upper joint are the =
same diameter and the same thread size. As an apprentice I worked in a =
shop that just carried a variety of rod stock and had a tap and die set. =
We just made parts as we needed. I have continued that practice. You may =
not be able to find a ready made replacement.

Allied Supply might have what you want. They are famous for making =
replacement parts.
