In a previous message, you posted about stringing chicken guts
inside the instrument, and I decided that this was some sort of
historical reference or satire that I didn't understand.
But apparently hanging a cord inside a clarinet does change the
tuning in a useful way?? I'm having a difficult time imagining how
this works. Could you elaborate about it?
