Glad to pass on a good description.

I learned this from a bassoon player/band director who learned it from a
trombonist/band director. He said that this works for the students who
bunch their chin when asked to pretend they are drinking thru a straw.

Seems like it might work for flute embouchure too.

Anne, do you pronounce the -e- in your name?
