Before I learned that David's father is an attorney, I had already
found a well-attended and active web page (the people in the misc.legal
newsgroup didn't reply, they seem more interested in discussing whether
Arafat and Barak are breaking the law). So I posted my question on
this new website without mentioning names or describing the property,
but I _did_ specify New York City. We'll see what replies (if any) I
receive.
