One can also write Mühlfeld in Times New Roman (I think that's the font used
by most of the subscribers in their email... could be wrong though:)) by
typing <alt> 0252 (make sure you hold down <alt>) for the "ü":).

I agree that the spelling looks different without the umlaut, but
unfortunately, it's the only alternative.
