In addition to leaving negative feedback on eBay, if you take a look at the
other items he either has sold or is currently selling on eBay, might we also
question the "source" of the Maserati parts he's currently selling? Seems
like an "honest" seller who gets his resale goods from police auctions -- or
any legitimate source -- would be more than willing to return an item at his
"cost" if it were proven to be stolen property. What would happen if we also
let the "auction police" at eBay know about this item and the seller's
reaction to returning it? Might just be able to work both sides against the
middle on this guy.
