Leblanc made both metal Eb contra altos and BBb contra basses in two
configurations. They were straight or wrapped (a total of four models). The
straight Eb contra altos and BBb contra basses extended to a written low Eb.
The wrapped (paper clip) contra altos and contra basses extended to a written
low C. The very earliest BBb contra basses extended only to a low written D.

Do both of these instruments seem to have the same tube size? If not, the
slimmer one is a contra alto.
