Check out the following site. It might just suit your needs.

You can print out your stuff or have your students access it online. You
don't need to buy any software either. This site has a free download of
MusicTime Deluxe for anyone who goes ahead and registers as a teacher (there
is no charge for the download or registration). This way you don't have to
work on line. It's a really easy program to use, very user friendly, almost
intuitive to learn.
