++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you're interested in some German tunes, here are some I use for my little
beginners before they learn to read the dots:

1) Ist ein Mann in Brunn' gefallen (range: fifth)
2) Kuckuck (fifth)
3) Summ, summ, summ (fifth)
4) Winter ade! (fifth)
5) Spannen langer Hansel (fifth)
6) Wir fahren nach Jerusalem (sixth)
7) Wenn ich ein Vöglein wär' (fifth)
8) Hänschen klein (fifth)

Most German kids know some of these songs so that's a great advantage.
