I would assume that the answer is "sound fidelity." No sound
system can reproduce exactly. I expect that broadcasting a signal
would add one more layer of distortion to the limits that already exist
for headphones.
....of course, at some rock concerts, fidelity may not be all that
important.... <smirk>
