When I was buying something online last night, I noticed that there
is a "Harmonious Sales Tax" in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, etc. I
suppose the name of this tax has been punned to death already, but.....
doesn't a "harmonious tax" have both dark and bright overtones?
The question, of course, is whether citizens in the area agree
which is which. If politics is like music, probably not.
