For the record, Dave and Dan, I've always played the Stravinsky Violin
Concerto on the E-flat clarinet. I don't know why Stravinsky chose not to
score the part for Clarinet in D, however. And again, for the record, let
it be known that I have no opinion on the Microsoft matter.
