I will try them but some are very expensive and I don't want to make a

Just in case the terms of business are different in France, the
U.S. music stores will do business with you over the Internet, and they
will allow you to take mouthpieces out on trial. The trial will cost
you a few dollars for a re-stocking fee and postage both ways, but this
is one way that you can test a mouthpiece before you actually buy it.
When I began playing, I thought that this was a terrible way to do
business -- what if they don't clean the mouthpiece properly? is it fair
to the dealer? and so forth? I was arguing strongly against the
practice on this list a few months ago; but in the end, it was the only
practical way to make a sensible choice, given that the local store
simply doesn't have a selection sitting on their shelf.
There are several mouthpiece makers on this list, and if you ask
here for email replies 'off list', I'm certain that you will receive
replies and answers to your questions promptly. I bought my mouthpiece
this way, and being able to ask a couple of simple questions before
placing an order was sufficient to get me a mouthpiece that I really
enjoy -- far superior to receiving those "I don't know, and we don't
stock that one anyway" answers from a clerk behind a counter who doesn't
play clarinet but knows all about guitar strings or drum sticks.

Cheers,
Bill
