First I hope you can understand my very bad english.

Welcome to the List. Your English is definitely understandable. Many
of us in the U.S. speak only one language, and so we are forced to
admit: "You speak better English than I speak French."

<><> I have learned with him to play with more lips "out" (not too
much) than my actual clarinet teacher do.

I don't think that you're talking about the difference between
single-lip (upper teeth directly on the mouthpiece) and double-lip
embouchure; but if you are, there is no final answer. Most players say:
"Do whatever works best for you", although I'm fairly certain that there
are more single-lip clarinet players than double-lip clarinet players.
If you are comparing single-lip on the saxophone against single-lip
on the clarinet, my clarinet teacher plays professionally on both
clarinet and saxophone. She has demonstrated to me several times that
there is a difference between clarinet and saxophone embouchures, and
lip placement/shape is a major part of it.

<><> I have also a big problem with my breathing. I am always
plenty of air, it's the way I feel that I have to spit out my air (lot
of pressure) before taking a new breath.

There is an article in the Klarinet Archives on breathing which you
may want to read. I'm fairly certain that this article applies to
saxophone playing as much as it does to clarinet playing. It explains
how the diaphragm and abdomen ("stomach") muscles act in opposition to
each other, and if you flex both of them simultaneously, you lock
pressure up inside yourself, but you don't breath (blow) properly.
To read this article, go to http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet and
click on "Klarinet Archives" and search for "magic diminuendo".

Welcome,
Bill
