According to my encyclodpedia of music:

Andantino: An ambiguous term, since it is impossible to know whether it
implies a movemement slightly faster than andante or slightly slower. Most
composers and performers interpret it as 'slightly faster'.
<end definition>.

Defintion from the Karp Music Dictionary:

Andantino: usually a tempo slightly faster than andante. <end definition>
