My brain seems to be present tonight, so i'll jump in,
and if i am wrong,
someone is sure to correct me.(grin)

To transpose Eb part on Bb instrument, play 4th higher than the written
note.

(Or a 5th down, but that means that the sound is 8va lower than the
intended note--sometimes that matters, sometimes not.)

So you see a Bb, play Eb.
