Ann,

I am reasonably sure these physical attributes can affect selection of
mouthpiece - although I would think it would be more with regard to the
exterior shape (length of beak, width of beak, etc.) than to interior
dimensions and shape. Muscle strength would have a noticeable effect upon
the selection - primarily with regard to tip opening.

Differing concepts..........do you mean concepts of sound? If so, that
would absolutely affect choice!
