According to The New Langwell Index:

Victory: Trade name.
Employed by O. Ditson & Co.

Ditson, Oliver, & Co. WWI, BI fl Boston c1888-1931.

'O. Ditson & Co.', founded by Oliver Ditson (b Boston 20 October 1811; d
ibid 21 December 1888) was one of the largest American MI dealers,
publishers etc; 1861 established MI branch as 'John C. Haynes & Co.' (see
(1) J.C. HAYNES): 1866 bought W.C. PETERS, 1867 bought FIRTH SON & CO., 1875
bought HALL & SON; 1888 on death of Ditson as 'The Oliver Ditson Company',
later buying many other firms. Among trade names used were 'Bay State',
'Everrite', 'New Century', 'Victory', 'Yankee'. See also CHURCH, LYON &
