Neil,

Perhaps I should explain. I was quite generic in referring to this as a "magazine". The term
"partwork" tends to be used for this type of publication. I'm sure that the concept must exist
outside the UK, but I'll describe it just in case. The series was called "The Great Composers" and
each issue concentrated on a particular composer. In fact, each issue concentrated on a small number
of works by a particular composer, and many of the more prolific composers were featured several
times. The magazine described the pieces, their history, and a brief resume of the composer, and the
accompanying CD had recordings of the pieces. This was the only one of that series which I bought,
having the complete K622 on it, and was only about 3 or 4 pounds.

This CD also has a recording of one of the Horn Concerti.

....and no handy utilities, shareware games, sample programs, updated browsers .........
