Actually Roger, those string players had NO IDEA how shot I really was! I was able to make it through an arduous rehearsal tho.

Also, I'm NOT trying to sell mouthpieces. I am attempting to learn and to share knowledge.

For all to read, I believe that Roger is an accomplished player. I have heard him play in real life and in recording. I also admire his mouthpiece work.

I am merely saying what works, or seems to work best for me, at this point in my life and at my level of musical maturity.

One of the amazing things about this whole business is the wide range of variability can accomplish the same or equally valid results. Makes it fun, doesn't it?
