Something else to be mindful of....
(1) for you ladies on the list, migraines may be connected with the onset of
menses; (2) for everyone, a common mood stabilizer,Depakote, is also helpful
in treating migraines. I have not had a full blown migraine at all since
going on depakote over a year ago. What a relief. The headaches were so
debilitating, I was nearly suicidal when they would come on. It is great
not to feel that horrid pain. Whe you have three small children and a
teenager, you just don't have time to be sick. Besides, I have enough
things to distract me from practicing...
