This is basically how I acquired a quick tongue, although what's
left out of the anecdote (because Ivan is doubtless already an ad-
vanced player) is the requisite level of embouchure, air, and phys-
ical relaxation development necessary both to optimize and to fully
capitalize on the reduced motion of the tongue. Nonetheless, the
core idea is a sound one (no pun intended).
