I don't know about the bright lights, but I sometimes get bad headaches
stemming from the back of my head/neck region. The cause... POSTURE! I know
it sounds trite, but bad posture can really cause a lot of trouble, and
PAIN! My sister, who is a physiotherapist, told me it was all my fault and
that I should correctly - shoulders back and down.
