On a recent visit to London, I was in Harrods (the famous department store on Knightsbridge) and was
_horrified_ to see a piano similar to the one described (this one was an upright) utterly devoid of
musician, playing pleasant music and creating that "exclusive" atmosphere.

Someone should tell the Union...
