You might check to see if the C#/G# pad is being raised sufficiently. If
the lever got bent down a little, this would limit the rise of the pad. Is
the note also a bit flat?
I mention this since it was a problem on a used instrument I bought, and
the fix was to straighten the key a bit. I don't remember if I shaved down
the bumper on this one, which would have the same effect.
