Dear List,

I have a student who is moving from Intermediate to Advanced level. She
wants to play clarinet/piano duets, or the orginal scores of orchestral
pieces. Right now, she has a Bb E13 Buffet, with a Chadash barrel.
(First one that I have seen in a long time. Is it a student instrument,
or a professional instrument? ) Which works would be appropriate for
her? What would be the best arrangements to buy for her? From what
publisher? She wants to study Mozart, but I remember a conversation
here a while back that disagreed with starting students straight on
Mozart.
