The author's name is as important as the meaning because it was the
basis of hthe author's philosophy which has been read by millions:
Robert Heinlein.
For example, he supported the concept that, when air did not occur
naturally, space colonies should be allowed to deport residents who
couldn't pay the air tax, regardless of whether there was employment
available in the colony or not. Only people who served in the military
(and therefore 'paid' for their own society) should be allowed to vote.
And so forth.
